Afternoon With a Coyote

Ok, so perhaps the title is a little misleading, but really it was quite an afternoon. Last Saturday I was lucky enough to spend the afternoon with Deane from Coyote Grafix (www.coyotegrafix.com).

Thankfully Deane was kind enough to keep still at the appropriate moments for me to snap off some shots of him.

We spent a few hours wandering around an old homestead on Lucernbrae, a farming property in the Adelaide Hills. We found a piece of old farm equipment which had been decommissioned years earlier, we both spent a while here imagining the photographic possibilities.

The photo above is probably my favorite of the day.

We then spent some time around an old building which has almost completely fallen down, the doorway looks like it will make an excellent spot for some model photography in the future. Sadly it was at this point that my broken CPL started becoming obvious, as you can see in this photo.

Down at the river (which has not flowed this year), there was some amazing shots waiting for us, but we were running out of time. I snapped off one of Deane again, and we made our way back to the car.

On the way back we stopped and Deane took some photo's of an old shearing shed, we will HDR these and upload them later.

Big thanks to Deane from Coyote Grafix.

Regards, your host. Sillyb
